If you have purchased a product through the online store or by phone, you can return it to us within 14 calendar days and receive a full refund.
Returns are made by telephone arrangement only with ACS.
Returns can be made as long as the product is in its original condition, with no signs of wear or use and in full original packaging.
In addition, for all cases, the returned product must necessarily be accompanied by all documents that accompanied it (Packaging, retail receipt, etc.).
If the product does not meet the above requirements we reserve the right to refuse to accept your return – exchange request.
Transport costs are covered by us in case the product is returned because it is defective or different from the one you ordered. In any other case, the transport costs are at your expense. After the return and after the product has been checked, we will credit your money in full.
